A working sample app for an invented Thame pub. Everything in it runs: order a
round, book a table, join the club, then open the kitchen screen and watch your own order
land. Swap the name, the menu and the colours and it is yours.
Most hospitality sites are invisible to the machines that now answer “where should we
eat in Thame tonight?”. They publish a PDF menu and hope.
Every dish, price and opening hour here is emitted as Restaurant and
Menu structured data, from the same rows that draw the menu. The menu
is the schema. Change the price of the fish and the price the answer engines quote
changes with it.
